We were at St Joseph's Church for the Maundy Thursday Liturgy - Missa in Coena Domini. The Immaculate Heart Sisters had to rearrange the "Altar of Repose" before we began the Mass at about 5.45pm.
Mandatum novum do vobis: ut diligatis invicem, sicut dilexi vos, dicit Dominus. Solemn celebration during which I washed the feet of twelve parishioners. (It struck me that almost same people were presented every year for this ritual. I announced that from next year, different set of people should be invited.). At the end of the post Communion prayer, we transferred the Sanctissimum to the altar of repose.
